Children's Health + Wellbeing Workshops

Saturday 20th April is all about our Tamariki. We start the day with the Heal Kids Conference ‘Empowering young minds, Nurturing Healthy lives’ and head into a series of workshops which create the opportunity for parents and children to learn and grow together.

These workshops will provide the knowledge & skills us as parents need to understand our children's body + mind. Preparing us with the tools we need for our children to grow to their full potential. Participation from adult & child.
