Join Dr Tracey Clissold, Nutritionist and Sport/Exercise Scientist with over 25 years’ experience, whose research focuses on clinical osteoporosis prevention. She shares practical, evidence-based strategies to support bone health, reduce osteoporosis risk, and promote strength and mobility through nutrition and exercise.

Tracey is passionate about empowering individuals with tools to make sustainable, health-supporting choices. She has also helped develop the OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Phone App, which has already been downloaded over 20,000 times, providing everyday prevention and care support.
